About 707 Management

As founder and President of 707 Property Management Services, Bett directs all day to day operations of the company and is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company. Bett believes that the company's continued success is achieved by maintaining a constant commitment to the client's needs.

Ms. Hemry's experience includes service as Vice President of M Squared Partners where she directed the day to day operations of the management company for 40+ properties on the West Coast. She also served as Vice President for American Management Services West Division which included the supervision of 45+ assets, Investment Managers, and administrative staff. Bett began her career in 1991 as the Financial Analyst of the Multi-Family Division for the F.C. Tucker Company.

Ms. Hemry is a Certified Property Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Manager of Housing and a Certified Financial Manager. Ms. Hemry is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the National Multihousing Council (NMHC).

As controller for 707 Property Management, Jeri is responsible for the review, oversight, and preparation of all aspects of financial reporting, internal controls, supervision, and supervision and training of the accounting department. Jeri brings 22 years of property management experience to 707.

Prior to joining 707, Jeri was the accounting controller for Pinnacle's Northwest region, the largest third-party fee management company in the US. Jeri joined Pinnacle in 1997 as a staff accountant in Seattle. In 2001, she was promoted to manager of accounting, working with the Washington properties. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she worked in the business forms printing industry for five years and the property management industry for seven years. The majority of her work in property management prior to Pinnacle has been working with HUD and Rural Housing properties.

In 2003, Jeri received Pinnacle's "Excellence in Accounting" award. She graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1974, with a degree in mathematics.

Toni Cino is the Vice President for the Nevada division of 707 Property Management. Toni's responsibilities include all facets of operations including: budget preparation, budget management, expense control, financial reporting, and aggressive marketing for all properties in the company.

Toni brings 17 years of experience in property management to 707. Toni began her career in property management in 1995 as a leasing consultant and quickly progressed to a Regional Manager within three years. Toni's regional experience includes the supervision of portfolios in excess of 4,000 units.

Highlights of Toni's career include Rookie Manager of the Year 1995, and a four time recipient of Regional Manager Quarterly.

Toni's vast marketing knowledge and ability to implement ideas from conception to completion are a valuable resource for 707 Property Management. Toni created and co-owned Ammguide.com and the Apartment Marketing Miracle Newsletter. She is also the author of The Budget Workbook which sold several hundred copies.
