We have participated in the origination and closing of more than $1 billion in multifamily financing and refinancing transactions. A large portion of these transactions have included very complex multi-source funding structures, with multifamily housing revenue bonds as a primary component of the financing.

We take a very hands-on approach to each assignment. Our tasks include:

  • Detailed analysis of capital needs over the loan term

  • Rigorous review and participation in the underwriting process
  • Coordination and review of all third party reports, including appraisal, environmental, engineering and legal
